Bio

Mrs. Szczembara, an accredited AAR M-1003 Quality Assurance Auditor and independent consultant, has over 30 years of progressive quality, manufacturing and technical experience working in various quality assurance, new program launch and facility start-up roles in the Rail and Automotive Industries.

 

Prior to becoming an accredited auditor, Mrs. Szczembara was the Corporate Director of Quality Assurance for a holding company and consulting firm, where she led the way to AAR M-1003 and ISO 9001 certification, as well as AAR M-201, M-210 and M-211 technical approval at various steel foundries in the United States and abroad.

 

A resident of West Michigan, USA, Mrs. Szczembara travels the globe helping domestic and international manufacturers with their certification, compliance and other technical needs, and conducts certification, re-certification, follow-up and compliance audits of foundries, steel mills, car repair shops, reconditioning shops and others as an agent of the AAR. She has experience working in Mexico, China, India, Russia, The Czech Republic, Germany, Brazil and others and is available for short and long-term assignments, both domestic and abroad.
